When it comes to knowing the comings and goings of Robert Pattinson, we’d like to consider ourselves experts, or very much in the know with regard to what movies we can expect to see the “Twilight” superstar make next.

We know about his roles in “Bel Ami”, “Cosmopolis”, and of course “Breaking Dawn – Part 2″, but what do you think of Pattinson tackling a modern-day thriller a la “Bonnie and Clyde”?

When MTV News caught up with “Twilight” producer Wyck Godfrey recently to discuss Pattinson and Kristen Stewart’s chances of another Best Kiss win at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards on Sunday (June 3), he revealed that he and Pattinson might be cooking up some post-”Breaking Dawn – Part 2″ work plans, in the form of a big-screen adaptation of a crime thriller.

“There’s a book called “The Professionals,” which is a new crime thriller that Rob has read and really likes,” Godfrey said of Owen Laukkanen’s well-received debut novel. “We’re just starting to look at a writer . It’s kind of a ‘Bonnie and Clyde’ for today, and he would be fantastic in the role. It’s in the early days; we’ll see.”

A modern-day version of “Bonnie and Clyde” sounds gritty and violent no matter which way you look at it. We asked Godfrey if he sees this potential big-screen crime thriller as a PG-13- or R-rated film for Pattinson.

“Possibly R,” he said. “ an adult now.”

Sneak Peek Week kicked off strong with Kristen Stewart and Sam Claflin bringing you an exclusive look at “Snow White and the Huntsman” on Tuesday. On Wednesday, the cast of “That’s My Boy,” including Andy Samberg, Will Forte and Vanilla Ice, kept everyone laughing with a sneak peek at their R-rated comedy. And the first looks continue as Channing Tatum hits Universal’s CityWalk to bring us “Magic Mike” on Thursday (May 31).

The film is loosely based on Tatum’s time as a stripper. He plays an exotic dancer named Mike who takes newbie performer the Kid (Alex Pettyfer) under his wing to teach him the ways of partying, women and money. Watch as Tatum reveals it all live on MTV at 11 p.m. ET, and log on to immediately after to catch a Q&A with the actor. As if the film’s plot isn’t enough to get you to tune in, here are five reasons to check it out!

Never-Before-Seen Clip
Who doesn’t love exclusives? With a steamy hot trailer satiating our thirst for a glimpse at the actors taking it all off, aren’t you ready to see a scene from the movie — possibly a full strip tease or maybe a closer look at the Kid? We certainly are! Grab your dollar bills, your favorite late-night snack and get ready to be entertained.

Your Burning Questions Answered
If you haven’t been tweeting @MTVNews your questions with the hashtag #MTVSneak, hop to it! Immediately following the exclusive clip, our very own Josh Horowitz will be sitting down with Tatum to ask him your Twitter questions! Spill everything you’re dying to know — in 140 characters or less — and maybe the hunky actor will be answering you live on!

Juicy Movie Details
During that same Q&A session, we’ll have some questions of our own for Tatum while the actor’s in the hot, hot, hot seat. We were able to get Stewart and Claflin to revisit “Fifty Shades of Grey” and garnered details from “That’s My Boy” star Milo Ventimiglia regarding Taylor Lautner’s role in “Grown Ups 2.” You never know what our persuasive power will get Tatum to spill — maybe some “G.I. Joe” news? You’ll have to watch to find out!

A Hilariously Good Time
If you haven’t noticed, we like to have fun with celebrities who visit MTV headquarters. Last night we took the liberty of mashing up the faces of the actors in “That’s My Boy” to see what their children would look like. (Horowitz and Ventimiglia made a surprisingly attractive child.) With Tatum revealing his knack for comedy in “21 Jump Street” — his talent proven by the film’s ability to nab six Movie Award nominations — our time with the actor will be nothing short of entertaining.

Channing Tatum + Stripper Movie = Impromptu Dance Party?
Hey, it’s MTV Movie Awards week. We’re known for having some seriously outrageous moments and Tatum just so happens to be known for — aside from being an incredibly successful actor — his impressive dancing skill. So who knows, maybe Horowitz will get a lap dance. Anything can happen. Don’t miss it!

Whether he’s going back to school, tapping in golf balls or hanging out with his fellow grown-ups, Adam Sandler knows how to bring the laughs. He’s especially hilarious when he’s allowed to deliver his fair share of F-bombs, which he does rather liberally in “That’s My Boy,” his new comedy about a disgraced father — that’s Sandler — trying to reconnect with his son, played by “Saturday Night Live” comedian Andy Samberg.

It’s a ridiculous premise, sure; Sandler’s only 12 years older than Samberg, after all. But that doesn’t make working on “That’s My Boy” anything less of a dream come true for Samberg. As part of our Sneak Peek Week leading up to the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday (June 3), Samberg and his “That’s My Boy” co-stars joined together onstage to praise the work of Sandler, one of the Lonely Island frontman’s comedy heroes.

“It was awesome to work on this,” he said. “It was a full-tilt dream come true for me to be asked to do it.”

Co-star Will Forte agreed, saying, “It was such a wonderful set, because Adam, who’s also one of my comedy heroes, tells you exactly what he wants, then he lets you discover stuff on your own too. He points you in the right direction. He’s so amazing to work with.”

Amazing, yes, but vulgar too. Make no mistake: “That’s My Boy” is a hard R packed to the gills with beer, bongs, boobs and bad language. “It is a dirty movie. It’s a raunchy movie,” Forte said. “If you’ve seen previews for the movie, then you have no idea what it’s about, because they need to take five seconds here and five seconds there. … It’s a dirty movie.”

It’s not just comedy veterans like Sandler, Samberg and Forte who get dirty in “That’s My Boy” either. Even Grammy-nominated singer Ciara was allowed to get in on the fun, and she said she’s walking away from the Sandler experience with a desire to pursue further acting adventures.

“It was so much fun. This crew is so hilarious,” she said. “From this experience, I want to do so much more. I’m determined to do more.”

As for what Samberg took away from working with Ciara? “She taught me so many dance moves,” he quipped.
